1. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made for storage units are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the lease start date may be honored without penalty. Refunds are not issued for unused rental time once the lease begins. Be sure to vacate your unit before the lease ends to avoid extra charges.
2. Shipping Policy
We do not ship any physical goods. All contracts, invoices, and notices are sent digitally to the email provided during registration. Please make sure your contact details remain current to receive important updates.
3. Terms & Conditions
By renting a storage unit from our facility, you agree to the following conditions:
- Pay rent by the due date as agreed in your contract
- Do not store flammable, hazardous, or illegal items
- Maintain your unit in a clean and respectful condition
- Follow facility rules and access hours at all times
We reserve the right to cancel rental agreements without refund for violations of these terms.
4. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Information such as your name, phone number, and email is used only to manage your account and provide service notifications. Your data is securely stored and never sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.
